Order processing
Orders are packed and shipped directly by our owner-operated business. Most in-stock orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days after payment is accepted. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping and tracking
Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent after your order has been handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed or shipped, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delays and delivery issues
If an order is delayed beyond the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate and available options. If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area and contact the carrier first.
For damaged, incorrect, or missing orders, reply to your order-confirmation email within 7 calendar days so we can review the issue under our Refund Policy.
